At AryaSamajPanditji.org, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise which compel you to cancel a booked Puja, Havan, or Ceremony. Our customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness, transparency, and respect for both Devotees and Pandits.
1. Cancellation by the Devotee
If you wish to cancel your booked service, please review the following refund terms:
- Cancellation Two Days Before the Puja Date
If the Puja or Ceremony is scheduled on Sunday and you cancel on or before Friday:
→ Full refund of the amount paid will be issued. No deductions apply. - Cancellation One Day Before the Puja Date
If the Puja is scheduled on Sunday and you cancel on Saturday:
→ A deduction of ₹500 per Pandit will be made from the advance payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your account. - Cancellation on the Day of Puja
→ No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to:

Your email should include:
- Booking reference or registration details
- Registered name and contact number
- Reason for cancellation
Once received, our team will:
- Review and confirm your cancellation request within 3 working days
- Process eligible refunds within 12 working days, in accordance with this policy
3. Cancellation by AryaSamajPanditji.org
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions
- Violation of the Terms of Use
- Unavailability of a Pandit or slot due to scheduling or logistical issues
- Force majeure or unforeseen conditions beyond our control
- If the Company, at its sole discretion, decides not to provide services to a particular User
In such cases, the full paid amount will be refunded within 12 working days.
Additionally, if we fail to provide the booked Puja service for any reason, the entire paid amount plus an additional 5% of the Puja amount (maximum ₹500) will be refunded to the Devotee as a Goodwill Compensation.
4. Important Note on Puja Results
Every Arya Samaj Puja or Havan is a sacred act of devotion and Vedic purity.
Our trained and certified Pandits perform all rituals with full dedication, proper Vedic mantras, and discipline.
However, the results of a Puja depend on personal faith, karma, and divine will.
While we ensure the rituals are performed authentically, we do not guarantee specific material outcomes, as spiritual benefits manifest gradually through sincere devotion and righteous living.
